1. 운영자와 적용 범위

폴리제이(Poly.J)는 Android 및 iOS 게임 Poly Panda(com.Poly.J.polypanda)를 제공합니다. 이 방침은 버전 2.0 및 2.1의 개인정보 처리 방식을 설명합니다. 문의: yjjcoding@gmail.com.

2.1 버전부터의 변경

연령 선택 화면을 제거합니다. 모든 광고 요청에 아동 대상 보호 설정과 일반 등급(G) 제한, 비개인화 요청을 적용하며 게시자 자체 식별자를 사용하지 않습니다. 일반 게임과 메뉴에는 하단 적응형 배너를 표시하고, 게임 사이에는 빈도 제한이 적용된 전면 광고를 표시합니다. 광고 이어하기는 시청 완료 보상이 확인된 경우에만 제공됩니다. 기존 연령 선택 기록은 광고 허용 여부 판단에 사용하지 않습니다. 필수 업데이트 확인을 위해 최소 지원 버전 정책을 Netlify 호스팅 주소에서 조회하며, 호스팅 제공자는 IP 주소 등 통신 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 아래 연령 선택 설명은 2.0 버전에 해당합니다.

2. 기기에 저장되는 게임 정보

최고 점수, 코인, 의상, 여행 엽서, 게임 설정은 기기에 저장됩니다. 계정 가입이나 로그인이 없으며, 운영자가 관리하는 서버로 게임 저장 데이터를 전송하지 않습니다. 게임 코인은 현금으로 구매하거나 환전할 수 없습니다.

광고 기능을 처음 선택할 때 연령대(18세 미만 또는 18세 이상)를 선택하거나 선택하지 않고 진행할 수 있습니다. 출생 연도나 생일은 입력받지 않으며, 광고 이용을 허용하는 성인인지 여부를 구분하는 범주만 기기에 저장합니다. 연령대를 선택하지 않았거나 성인으로 확인되지 않은 사용자는 광고 SDK를 초기화하지 않고 광고 없이 게임을 이용합니다.

3. 광고와 동의

성인으로 확인된 사용자의 광고 기능에는 Google AdMob(Google Mobile Ads SDK)과 Google User Messaging Platform(UMP)을 사용합니다. 해당 지역에서 필요한 동의 절차를 진행하고, SDK가 광고 요청을 허용하는 상태에서만 광고를 요청합니다. 선택형 광고 이어하기와 게임 사이 전면 광고가 포함됩니다.

광고 서비스를 이용하면 Google 및 광고에 참여하는 제공업체가 광고 제공·측정, 분석, 부정행위 방지 목적으로 다음 정보를 수집하거나 공유할 수 있습니다.

앱은 정밀 GPS 위치, 연락처, 카메라, 마이크 접근 권한을 요청하지 않습니다. 광고 데이터의 처리는 사용자의 선택, 지역, 기기 설정과 Google의 정책에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다. Google은 국제적으로 서비스를 운영하므로 데이터가 사용자의 국가 밖에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 Google 개인정보처리방침, Android 광고 데이터 공개 안내, iOS 광고 데이터 공개 안내, 동의 화면에 표시되는 제공업체 정보를 확인하세요.

4. 아동과 연령을 확인하지 않은 사용자

아동 및 성인으로 확인되지 않은 사용자에게는 광고를 요청하지 않습니다. 광고와 무관하게 기본 게임, 코인, 의상 및 여행 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다. 부모 또는 보호자는 아래 연락처로 개인정보 관련 문의를 보낼 수 있습니다.

5. 선택, 보관 및 삭제

동의 관리가 필요한 경우 시작 화면의 ‘광고 개인정보 설정’에서 선택을 변경하거나 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다. 광고 ID는 Android의 개인정보·광고 설정에서 관리할 수 있습니다. iPhone에서는 iOS 설정의 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적에서 허용 여부를 변경할 수 있습니다. iOS에서 추적이 필요한 경우 Apple의 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 허가를 먼저 요청하며, 거부해도 기본 게임과 광고 이어하기 기능 자체를 제한하지 않습니다. 광고가 제공되는지는 동의 상태와 광고 재고에 따라 달라집니다. 로컬 게임 데이터는 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 제거로 지울 수 있으며, 기기의 백업 설정에 따라 복원될 수 있습니다.

운영자는 광고 제공업체가 보관한 데이터에 직접 접근하거나 임의로 삭제할 수 없습니다. Google이 처리하는 데이터의 보관·삭제와 사용자 권리는 위 Google 방침 및 Google의 개인정보 관리 도구를 참고하세요. 이메일로 문의하면 회신에 필요한 이메일 주소와 문의 내용을 처리하며, 문의 처리 및 관련 의무에 필요한 기간 동안 보관합니다. 권리 행사 또는 삭제 요청은 yjjcoding@gmail.com으로 보내주세요.

6. 방침 변경

기능이나 데이터 처리 방식이 변경되면 이 페이지와 갱신일을 수정합니다. 버전 2.0 이전 앱은 이전에 탑재된 SDK 및 광고 동작이 다를 수 있습니다.

Changes from version 2.1

The age selection screen is removed. All ad requests use child-directed treatment, a G content limit and non-personalized ad requests, with publisher first-party IDs disabled. Rewarded continues require an earned reward callback. Previous age choices no longer enable ads. Minimum-version checks use a policy hosted on Netlify; the host may process IP addresses and other network information. The age-selection description below applies to version 2.0.

2. Information stored on your device

Scores, coins, outfits, travel postcards and game settings are stored locally. There is no account or login, and game saves are not sent to a server operated by us. In-game coins cannot be bought with or exchanged for real money.

When first choosing the advertising feature, you may select an age group (under 18 or 18 and over), or continue without selecting one. We do not ask for a birth year or birthday. Only a local age category indicating whether adult advertising is permitted is saved. The advertising SDK is not initialized for children, people who do not provide age information, or people who are not confirmed as adults.

3. Advertising and consent

For users confirmed as adults, we use Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). Applicable consent flows are shown, and ads are requested only when the SDK permits ad requests. Ads include optional rewarded continues and interstitials between runs.

Google and participating advertising providers may collect or share IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them, device and other identifiers (including advertising IDs), app and ad interactions, diagnostic information, and information needed to manage consent. These support advertising, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention.

The app does not request precise GPS, contacts, camera or microphone permissions. Processing depends on your choices, location, device settings and Google's policies. Google operates internationally, so data may be processed outside your country. 4. Children

No ads are requested for children or users not confirmed as adults. Core gameplay, coins, outfits and travel features are available without ads. Parents and guardians may contact us using the email above.

5. Choices, retention and deletion

Where privacy options are required, use ‘광고 개인정보 설정’ (Ad privacy settings) on the start screen to change or withdraw consent. Advertising IDs can be managed in Android privacy/ad settings. On iPhone, change tracking permission in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. When tracking is requested on iOS, Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission is requested first. Declining tracking does not restrict core gameplay or eligibility for rewarded continues; ad availability still depends on consent and inventory. Clear app data or uninstall the app to remove local saves; device backup settings may restore them.

We cannot directly access or delete records held by advertising providers. See Google's policy and privacy tools for its retention, deletion practices and your rights. 6. Updates

We update this page and its date when features or data practices change. Versions before 2.0 may use different SDKs and advertising behavior.
